I absolutely love this! How they've restored (slightly incorrectly) the original writing at the bus as part of the decoration! I've seen the same being done in Nigeria. Its amazing how something we (or at least I) would immediately change in order to not to be mistaken and properly make the vehicle my own seems to have acquired a completely different status in these countries! Always made me feel home when I came across an imported car with (restored) German writing in Nigeria.

There's definitely some German going on here! Reisedienst Bus, Hamburg Berlin. In Nigeria I came across a lorry, the wooden cage of which had been built locally but was decorated with a copy of an advert for a German mineral water brand, obviously copied from one of their vehicles that had been sold on to Nigeria! Absolutely fascinating. I didn't manage to get hold of the owner or artist but would love to know what motivates them to keep and even copy foreign language inscriptions! Sorry, the art historian inme is getting excited ...
