@Kat: Hi Kat, many thanks for your comments. There were no signs saying who the occupants were (wise to keep a low profile in Kabul :-)) I think it must have been a telecommunications company - that is a major piece of kit beyond receiving Sky TV! 'Stark contrasts'... happens the world over....
