@Richard_Irwin: Many thanks for your comment! Kabul can be a very dry dusty and grey place - apart from the ubiquitous yellow taxis the balloon sellers do add a bit of colour!

wow. It's one of the most touching pictures ever. A few weeks ago when in Iran I saw this little boy who was selling balllons, the thing was the ballon he was selling was bigger than himself, anyway. I love this shot. Colours are so eyecatching and I think the little shop is adorable.
