one looks suspicious, the other smiley =) i like the pastel colour of his robe. how do u ask for permission to take the photo? just ask if u cld take a photo? i've never dared ask

Outstanding. The colours and details in this scene are just fantastic, from the dusty boots to the drooping cigarette. Really powerful portrait with a great deal of depth.

@Ishmael: Hi Ishmael, many thanks for your comments - it works well with two... three might have had greater meaning. To come down to earth my shoes were equally dusty... fact of Kabul life is dusty shoes :-)
