Those are some really tall rose bushes!! did you get to stop ans smell the flowers?

@Pavla: Well, I've got a really good excuse for not smelling the roses - I have a poor sense of smell anyway... AND within hours of arriving in Kabul most people get a blocked nose caused by the pollution - 'Kabul nose' - we call it - this renders the nose useless :-) Having no sense of smell, natural or pollution induced can have its advantages .... I'll leave it to the imagination to work that one out :-)

Hi Seraj - the cemetery contains the graves of non-Muslims - most are Christian. Have you not been in the cemetery - its only a few minutes from your house!
