Do you do any adjusting to the photos at all? Or you're just that good?

@Pavla: I wish I was that good that I didn't need to adjust:-)
I always shoot in RAW
convert to dng
basic adjustments in Adobe Bridge especially retrieve highlights (D80 always seems to overexpose in bright sun!)
Convert to jpg
Then in Photoshop cs2 fine tune levels, maybe fiddle with contrast
reduce in size for the web 800 px
Smart sharpen - never more than 20% usually a lot less.

Sometimes I save twice from the raw - one for the darker and one for the lighter tones - and merge the two images... what a cheat eh!!
