Great photo! Love the monochrome coloring--very effective. I got drawn right into this photo, thinking of the man and the hard work he does. I like how he is placed in the foreground which is darker than the background. Excellent. I think not describing the scene was a good choice.

I love the way it resembles a black and white photo on the bottom right, and then you see some color on the gentleman and of course, behind him. Very powerful image! And I totally agree with Pavla! We are SO lucky to have our air conditioned offices.

@Tamara: Many thanks for your comments, as well as being hot it was blowing a real dust storm - I was out for about 30 minutes and my eyes were really suffering - these guys work all day every day.
