@Rhys: You find them all over the place, though usually they have been recycled. The larger ones are sometimes filled with concrete and used as bollards on the road. A common use is as roof supports, or in walls. Other recycling includes tank tracks used as sleeping policemen across the road, I even saw a whole tank in a ditch being used as a foundation for a building on top! The explosives from dud shells is often recycled too :-)

Ironic how nature is trying to cover these left-overs of conflict. The wild flowers add to to the scene.
